Friday, February 8, 2008:
- 8 AM: Registration desk open at Bear Valley Mountain Resort
- 9:30 AM: Clinics start
- 12 PM: Lunch
- 1 PM: Clinics start
- 3:30 PM: Clinics end
- 4-6 PM: Apres-Ski at the Bear Valley Lodge
- 6-8 PM: All-U-Can-Stuff Burrito Bar and Dessert at the Bear Valley Lodge
- 8 PM: Wild & Scenic Film Festival presentation
Saturday, February 9, 2008:
- 8 AM: Registration desk open at Bear Valley Mountain Resort
- 9:30 AM: 2 hour morning clinics depart
- 9:45 AM: 2 hour morning clinics depart
- 12-1 PM: Intermediate All-Terrain Race
- 12:30 PM: Advanced Race Start (group start so don't be late)
- 1:00 PM: Costume Parade and Contest
- 1:30 PM: 2 hour afternoon clinics depart
- 1:45 PM: 2 hour afternoon clinics depart
- 4:00 PM: Group ski adventure to the village (strong intermediate skiers and above) Meet at the top of the Kuma Chair; weather and snow conditions permitting
- 5:00 PM: Banquet doors open at the Perry Walther Building.
- 6 PM: Dinner served so don't be late.
- 7:00 PM: Video presentation from Stephane Riendeau and Tough Guy Productions
- 7:30 PM: Prizes
- 8:30 - 12 PM: Live Music & Dancing with Blue Turtle Seduction
Sunday, February 10, 2007:
- 8:30 AM: Registration desk open at Bear Valley Mountain Resort
- 9:30 AM: Backcountry Ski Tour shuttle buses depart from ski resort
- 10 AM: 2 hour morning clinics start at ski resort
- 1 PM: 2 hour clinics start at the ski resort
- 3:30 - 4:00 PM: Backcountry ski tour shuttles return to the ski resort
