MAS strives to offer the top-notch customer service through regular office hours, friendly staff, and secure online registration, as well as mail and fax options too. If at anytime you have questions please feel free to contact us, we love to talk about our work!

Thank you for taking the time to learn how to enroll in an MAS program. For your convenience MAS accepts registrations by secure online system, email, phone, and mail. All MAS programs require advanced reservations and participants must meet prerequisites where stated.

 

Online Registration

Secure online reservations are convenient, fast and often the simplest way to enroll in an MAS program. All courses have a "Secure Online Registration" link at the bottom of the listing. When you click on this link you will be directly to a calendar page which lists the available courses of the current month. If you are looking for a course in a future simply select month from the drop down menu at the top. When you see the course, date and location that you want just click on that course or the green "register" button on proceed to the next page.

The next page verifies the course, date and location and prompts you for how many spaces you want. You can register multiple people for one course if you want. Your guests will just need to fill out a registration form on the first morning of your course.

The next page allows you so select the style of registration: "Guest" or "User Account". The guest option is quick and easy but non of your information will be saved for future MAS courses. If you anticipate taking more than one program with MAS you should consider creating a "User Account" which will save your personal information for future course. You just need to create a user name and password.

The next pages are simple to follow and will ask you pertinent information for the particular course. Along the way if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the MAS office for assistance.

Registration by Phone

Registering by phone is quick, easy and a great way to get your questions answered to make sure you are in the right course. The MAS office holds regular office Monday - Friday from 12 - 5 PM. If you receive a message machine please leave a detailed message and an MAS representative will get back to you shortly. Our phone number is (209) 753-6556.

 

Registration by Mail or Fax

Once you have chosen the appropriate course for you, download a "Registration & Liability Form" below. Completely fill out the entire form, front and back, and mail or fax back to the MAS office.

MAS Registration & Cancellation Policies

Registration Policy
Pre-registration is required for all MAS Programs You must meet course prerequisites to register. A 50% deposit reserves your spot and the balance is due one week prior to the course starting date. Full payment is required to register for all courses under $100.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or transfers made prior to two weeks before trip departure are subject to a $25 non-refundable registration fee. Cancellations or transfers made within 2 weeks of trip departure will be refunded less the 50% deposit. No refunds or credits for cancellations or transfers made within 1 week of departure or once your trip has begun. MAS reserves the right to cancel and issue credits or refunds if enrollment is insufficient, if weather or other hazards preclude running the trip, or if participants fail to meet course prerequisites.
