Ramping Up for the MAS 2006 Mountaineering
Season

Recent
snows have set the stage for an excellent mountaineering season
in California. At the end of April,
MAS will begin training and climbing on the
steep snow slopes of Mt. Lassen, Bear Valley
Mountain Resort and the Eastern High Sierra. If
you have ever wanted to learn some valuable
snow travel skills, or climb some of the
most scenic peaks in Northern California,
now is the time.

can attend for free. (wilderness medicine courses
excluded)
- Receive a 10% discount on all MAS
programs except wilderness medicine. Valid April
1st, 2006 through April 1st, 2007. Not valid with
