The "1st
Annual Bear Valley Boulder Bash" is
coming up this August 18-20, 2006. 3 days celebrating
the thrills of outdoor rock climbing from boulders
to big-walls with education, competition and festivities. Beginning
through expert rock climbers welcome including children. (read

As part of the "Bear Valley
Boulder Bash", BaseCamp will be hosting an evening of great
food and live music. Everybody is welcome to attend
the evening events whether you are part of the festival or
not.
The future plans
for Bear Valley are starting to surface. Nothing
official has been determined yet, but the general concepts
are now being shared with the public. MAS is especially
likes the plans for a new pedestrian village center.
