Teenagers are encouraged to join MAS for this fun and exciting week of outdoor rock climbing. It doesn't matter if you are new to climbing or have been scaling the walls for years, MAS aims to help you develop into a proficient, courteous and safe outdoor rock climber.
Over 5 days we explore a number of nearby climbing sites to experience a variety of climbing surfaces from low angle faces to steep cracks. In addition we will also venture into great bouldering sites to practice proper spotting and improve climbing technique.
This program is based from a group campsite at Lake Alpine. Participants will be responsible for helping to prepare and serve nutritious and tasty meals. Each evening we settle around a campfire to unwind and share tales of the day.
All aspects of this camp will be supervised and monitored for safety and appropriate behavior. MAS staff are looking forward to sharing the exciting sport of outdoor rock climbing with your teenagers. This is an experience of a life time!
