Lover's Leap is likely the best moderate (5.7 - 5.10) multi-pitch climbing site in California, if not the nation.  With quick access, easy walk-off descents and good camping & lodging nearby, its no wonder Lover's Leap is on every rock climber's wish list.

MAS offers 1 and 2 day programs at Loves Leap, also called "adventures" and "camps" respectively. MAS guides regularly lead small groups of 1-2 climbers up two, and sometime three, routes in a day. Individual climbers are paired with compatible partners and after a brief "pow-wow" it's off to the cliffs for a day of exciting multi-pitch climbing. Friends can also register together which means they will have their own private guide for their trip.

When registering please select the date(s) and include your current climbing ability and goals for the trip. Once a registration is submitted the MAS office will contact you to discuss and review the details before the trip. As always, folks are welcome and encouraged to contact MAS when planning a trip to discuss the best and most appropriate plan.

Spectacular Sierra granite multi-pitch climbing and riverside camping define this wild and remote adventure only 2 hours from Sacramento. Both crack and face multi-pitch climbs from 5.7 - 5.10 abound and range from 3-11 pitches in length. Participants will be paired with similar climbers to ensure that everybody gets on the best climbs for their ability. Maximum student to guide ratio is 2:1 so everybody gets individualized attention and tons of climbing.

This program is designed for aspiring alpine rock climbers wishing to gain valuable experience in the High Sierra. A blend of snow and rock climbing will be used to ascend the North Arete (5.7 III) of Matterhorn Peak (12,279 feet) in the Sawtooth Range outside Bridgeport, CA.  A low student to guide ratio (2:1) will assist in climbing efficiency and maximize your experience. Experience life in the vertical world during this special program on Calaveras Dome. A low student to guide ratio allows us to refresh big wall skills and put them into action with an overnight stay on a comfy ledge 400 feet above the ground. This is truly a memorable adventure.
