This two day fast paced adventure explores the backcountry skier's
and rider's paradise of the Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park. Climb
and descend the numerous bowls and ridges by day with light packs and retire to the comforts
of a nearby hotel or campsite nearby. The focus of this trip will be accessing the stunning
descents throughout the park, including Mt. Lassen Peak (elevation
10,457 feet) as conditions permit. One scenario is that we climb and descent the southeast face of Mt. Lassen on day one, followed by an even better descent on the northeast face on day two with a car shuttle at the end fo the day.
"Well done guys!" (Rick Levine - 2007)
